• Removal and disposal of existing bathroom installation, including making safe to any existing electrical or plumbing installation

• Build new partitions as required by bathroom design, plaster and make good

• Install all new plumbing fixtures and fittings

• Make good to new electrical fittings and earth bond new sanitary appliances where necessary

• Make good to all pipe runs by concealing using waterproof MDF

• Tile all required area's including concealments as required

• Any remaining decorative works such as painting and decorating, carpentry and any associated building works
