awarded a maintenance contract with Douglas & Gordon. The
contract relates to block maintenance as opposed to individual
flats or houses. Typically, planned and reactive maintenance are
at the forefront of block maintenance including, roofing,
guttering, electrical test and inspection and the maintenance of
communal areas. 24/7 shall be providing a 24 hour emergency
service. |

its existing and new clients the opportunity to to take
advantage of a free emergency helpdesk. Between the hours of
5.30pm and 9.00am 24/7 will answer all tenant/client calls and
take the appropriate action. Where necessary, 24/7 will be happy
to work with existing specialist contractors to ensure that all
emergencies are dealt with promptly and safely. |

money are offering clients that meet certain criteria the chance
to have all emergency calls carried out at a cost of 49.50 per
hour. There is no call out charge and
